When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, however, as a small business it can take up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

Please Note: While we do our best to adhere to fast ship times and timely delivery, holidays and promotions may increase processing, shipping and delivery times at certain times of the year. 

How will my order be shipped? 

Shipping is calculated at time of checkout and is determined based on location, package weight and size. All available shipping options will be visible at checkout. We do not cover customs, duties or taxes.

If ordering multiple items at one time, we will ship these items together as one parcel unless a separate order is placed or if one of the items is a pre-order. These will be shipped separately once available. 

Do you offer any shipping specials? 

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more before taxes + after any applied promotions or discounts! We may also offer shipping promos for holidays or specials, so make sure to sign up for email to be the first to know about any new promotions and discounts!

How do I track my order? 

Tracking will be provided through email once your item has shipped and will also be visible in your account if you have created one. If you place an order using Shop App, you can also see all your order shipping info there!

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 

If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right! Please send us an email at info@therhodyrambler.com letting us know of the damage, and include pictures so we can submit a claim to the appropriate shipping company.

  • If it is a product we have in stock, we will ship you a replacement at no charge to you or issue a refund, if that is preferred.
  • If it is an item that is out of stock or of which we only had a single, we will issue you a refund. For an out of stock item, you can request to be notified when it's back in stock.

What do I do if my order hasn't moved or isn't tracking? 

We know how frustrating it is when a package seems to be lost or just sitting! Often times an order not tracking or remaining "stuck" may be due to the carrier simply not scanning the package, a delay in a sorting center or a change in route. Sometimes the package will travel through the entire process and only be scanned once delivered.

Most orders, while dependent on shipping selection and location, are delivered within 4-5 business days. If your package is not tracking, still has not been delivered after this time frame or says delivered but has not arrived, please allow an additional 2-3 business days. If it is still not tracking or delivered, please reach out to us at info@therhodyrambler.com so we can help to resolve the issue!

What if my package is lost or stolen? 

We sincerely appreciate every order and take great care in packaging your items and getting them to you safely. We understand how disappointing it is when the order doesn't arrive. Once the package has been received by the carrier, that carrier becomes responsible for the shipment, and the only information we have is what the tracking number displays. Unfortunately, we cannot cover lost or stolen packages. However, a claim can be submitted to the appropriate carrier. If you have concerns over your package delivery, you may reach out to the carrier or to us at info@therhodyrambler.com so we can assist you!  

Do you ship internationally?  

    We currently do not ship internationally. We do ship to all 50 States and U.S. territories.
