What is Re:Do?
You can purchase the Re:Do product for free and easy return for refund for only $1.00 at order checkout and send back your order with a free return shipping label if it doesn’t work.
Can I return my order?
We understand that sometimes products purchased online are not always what we expect, especially when it comes to fragrances. We offer returns on qualifying items within 14 days of delivery.

For a returned item to be accepted, the product must be in the following condition:
- The item is unused and undamaged
- The item is in the original condition that you received it
- All original tags, labeling and packaging are in tact and attached
How do I return my order?
You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items.
You will have the opportunity to initiate a return for a refund and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. If you did not select the option for shipping protection with Re:do during the initial checkout, please follow the return instructions through Re:do like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money. Please note, customer pays all shipping fees for returned items.
If purchasing your own label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item, we cannot issue a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once accepted, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note, refunds may take several days to appear on your statement depending on the bank or credit card processor. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us at info@therhodyrambler.com or contact your credit card company, as they may be able to provide a better timeline for when your refund should be posted!
Can I exchange my order?
Due to fluctuations and frequent changes in inventory, we do not process online exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply follow the steps of a traditional return in our Returns Portal and then purchase the item you would like as normal through the website!
