Can I return my order? 

Yes, we do offer returns on qualifying products. Please see our return policy to see a list of products that may be returned, condition requirements to process your request quickly and successfully and all about the return process. 

Can I exchange my order? 

Due to frequent fluctuations and changes in inventory, we do not process online exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, simply return your item(s) as normal through our returns portal and purchase the item(s) you would like through the site.

Can I make changes to my order?

While we cannot make changes to an existing order, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of order submission by sending us an email at info@therhodyrambler.com. You can then submit a new order as normal through the website. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 

If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right! Please send us an email at info@therhodyrambler.com letting us know of the damage, and include pictures so we can submit a claim to the appropriate shipping company.

  • If it is a product we have in stock, we will ship you a replacement at no charge to you or issue a refund, if that is preferred.
  • If it is an item that is out of stock or of which we only had a single, we will issue you a refund. For an out of stock item, you can request to be notified when it's back in stock.

Am I able to change my delivery address?

If you need to make a change to your delivery address, you can send a message to info@therhodyrambler.com. If your order is still being processed, we will update it immediately! Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address if it has already been shipped. We normally package and ship orders within 1-2 business days, so it is best to let us know of the address change as soon as possible! 

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No, you do not need an account to checkout! If you would like to create an account, setup is quick and easy. Simply go to the "person" icon in the upper right corner and click create account. Provide your name and email and create a password. An account will allow for faster checkout, and you will be able to see all your previous purchases :). You can also login and place orders using a Shop App account!
